Extensive Experience of over 20 years in the profession has given me deep understanding and sound working knowledge of Engineering, Supervision and Construction starting from small projects through to large multi-billion dollars mega programs during all Program/Project life cycle.

I have been fortunate to have the opportunity of working on some of very prestigious and high specification Portfolio/Programs/Projects in KSA and Egypt, I've occupied a position of Senior Planning & Scheduling Manager, Deputy Program Controls Manager, Planning & Scheduling Expert, Project Controls Specialist, Senior Planning Engineer and Project Engineer with Technically Overview and Participate on the Management of several Mega Programs/Projects working as a part of PMO’s, PMCM’s, Construction team.

Area of my experiences: Infrastructure, Underpasses, Tunnels, Metro Stations, High Rise, Hotels / Residential apartments. Educational/Academic Buildings, Medical, Hospitals & Health Centers , Administration Buildings , Str. Parking’s, Sports & Recreation , Housing compounds , Mosques, Museums, Cultural, Community facilities, Lifestyle Retails and utilities buildings.

I have a wide experience in establishing Program’s/Project's Baseline Master Programme, developing the detailed Programmes under comprehensive WBS with resources/cost loading, cash flow, and budget tracking. Able to Monitor & Control the Program/Project Performance, analyzing and evaluating all relevant data.

Effective team player with excellent organizational, planning, problem solving and issues resolution skills, which are utilized to ensure a successful Program/Project controls environment.
